Tim and Roberta Sherlock started Aloha Pool & Spa Service in 2003. After more than 20 years in the industry, Tim felt there was a need for a Pool and Spa store with the focus on customer service. “Our business model is based on delivering a quality product and outstanding service for a fair price, which we achieve through honesty, integrity and hard work.“

Like many other extremely successful enterprises, Aloha Pool & Spa Service started as a home-based business with two employees and one truck. Over the past 12 years, Aloha Pool & Spa Service has grown into a very successful company with a 3,500 square foot store in the heart of Medford, NJ; a fleet of nine trucks; 15 employees and over 4,000 clients.

We just completed a renovation and added 1,200sq ft for our retail and service area. We also expanded our parts area with the new space and hope to better serve our customers by having what you need in stock. The company growth can be attributed to our attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
