Pool Operation Management (POM) was founded in 1980.  Today, POM directs its talents towards consulting, training/educating and management for clients with commercial and residential pools. We are nationally recognized for our pool consulting services ranging from liability and risk management, compliance with governmental regulations, to facility operations, mechanical questions and personnel requirements.  We are hired by such people as pool personnel, engineers, maintenance staff, service technicians, property managers, attorneys, health departments, and homeowners to solve all kinds of operational, safety and management issues.
