  2. Complete Construction Permit Application
  3. In ground Pools- submit sealed specifications and detailed drawings/plans for the pool
  4. Above ground pools- submit manufacture brochure for pool
  5. Submit information on: ladder, filter, pump, and heater and barrier as applicable
  6. Electrical wiring diagram and gas piping diagram as applicable
  7. Submit Completed Pool Certification, which must be notarized
  8. Subcode Review, Construction Approval Official
  9. Payment of permit application fee
