A zoning permit is required for in ground and above ground pools
If you have any questions about whether a permit is needed, please call the office at 609-758-7738 and you will be put in touch with the Zoning Officer.
If the Zoning Officer determines that you need a variance for a project, you will be required to go before the Planning and Zoning Board.
