Facilities constructed above or below ground having a depth of more than two feet or a water surface of 250 square feet or more. Impervious cover shall include all buildings, structures, equipment and appurtenances thereto.

The fee for an aboveground swimming pool shall be $100 for a pool with a surface area greater than 550 square feet; the fee in all other cases shall be $60. The fee for an in-ground swimming pool shall be $300 for a pool with a surface area greater than 550 square feet; the fee in all other cases shall be $200.
